Since the non-metallic fabric compensator is welded with a metal skeleton inside and wrapped with silicone rubber coated glass cloth, fluorine rubber coated glass cloth, polytetrafluoroethylene pressed glass cloth, EPDM coated glass cloth, nitrile rubber coated glass cloth, polytetrafluoroethylene film and other single-layer or multi-layer composite materials, ceramic fiber fireproof cloth, aluminum silicate wool, stainless steel wire fiber cloth, glass fiber cloth and other composite materials outside, it not only has the compensation effect of metal compensators and high temperature resistance, high wear resistance, and can be used near boiler vents, coal smoke exhaust duct ports and boilers. It is installed between furnaces and can fully absorb pipeline vibration and thermal expansion and contraction displacement by its own soft characteristics. Since the outside is wrapped with special high-temperature resistant fireproof cloth, it can effectively prevent the pipeline from being corroded by high-temperature boiler exhaust gas. Non-metallic fabric compensators are installed in heat exchange pipes and heating pipes. It can not only absorb pipeline displacement and vibration, but also ensure efficient recycling of pipeline heat. Non-metallic fabric compensators are installed in particle transportation pipelines such as cement plants.
