Introduction of  the Three-dimensional Expansion Joints

The three-dimensional expansion joints of coal powder pipeline is a compensator specially designed for coal powder pipeline. The corrugated pipe of the pipeline compensator is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or SUS304. The pipeline compensator adopts a multi-layer one-time hydraulic forming process, which can compensate for the synthetic displacement in the axial, angular, lateral and all directions. The pipeline compensator has many advantages such as high efficiency, large compensation amount, good product performance, long service life, etc. Therefore, this coal powder pipeline compensator is highly praised by users.

 The high-speed friction of coal powder and the unreasonable product structure are the main reasons for the premature damage of the pipeline compensator. The pipeline compensator guide tube adopts thickened steel and different structural designs, which has superior performance.

 The three-dimensional expansion joints  of coal powder pipeline is suitable for coal powder, hot air gas-solid two-phase fluid. The pipeline compensator has a flow rate of 15-30m/s, an operating temperature of 60℃, and a wind pressure of ≤500mmH20 for primary air, tertiary air, and tertiary air pipeline displacement compensation in any direction.
